Senior Payroll Analyst

Anthropic, a public benefit corporation focused on creating safe and beneficial AI systems, is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Payroll Analyst to join their Finance team.

Skills

5-6+ years of experience in payroll operations, preferably in a high-growth technology company
Strong knowledge of payroll processing and accounting principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll/HRIS systems

Responsibilities

Execute full-cycle payroll processing for regular, off-cycle payments, severance, benefits, and equity compensation
Perform payroll-related accounting tasks including journal entries and account reconciliations
Collaborate with various departments to resolve payroll discrepancies and improve processes

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
