Job Description
Reporting to the Officer of Underwriting, the Personal Lines Underwriting Manager’s focus is growing and sustaining a profitable book of new and renewal business. This position will also drive strategic planning to develop and implement an underwriting strategy that determines profitable market opportunities. The Manager is responsible for the professional and technical development of their team—working through supervisors to cultivate talent, support career growth, and prepare future leaders for long-term succession.
