Bilingual Marketing & Strategic Account Manager, Japan Global Solutions (U.S. National)

Salary commensurate upon skill set, experience, and competency in operational leadership roles. The position is eligible for commission based on individual and company performance. This role is responsible for branches within the assigned territory (currently CA, OR, and NV) and will report to the SVP—Branch Accounts for overall performance and results. Job Overview: This position is responsible for managing the company’s portfolio of accounts, including Banking, ATM, and Retail customers, reporting to the Senior Vice President of Branch Accounts.Accountabilities:Retention and growth of the assigned book of business.Manage the daily requests of our clients with timely responses.Act as the liaison between the clients and Loomis branches.Plan, schedule, and participate in client reviews.Proactively meet and consult with clients to ensure superior service levels are met.Bilingual English/Spanish preferredRespond to RFPs and other new business opportunities within assigned territory.
