Skills
5+ years managing enterprise logos in a 3PL brokerage environment
Leadership experience managing customer-facing teams within freight brokerage
Knowledge of customer supply chains and discovery
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Servant leadership-based management
Flexibility to work after hours, weekends, and holidays
Ability to travel quarterly for customer visits
Responsibilities
Mentor and lead a team of Enterprise Account Managers
Drive growth of volume, revenue, and gross profit across the portfolio
Ensure customer retention and continued growth
Make data-driven decisions to minimize churn and expand wallet share
Collaborate with sales team to develop new business and customer relationships
Utilize data platforms for data analysis and performance tracking
