Manager, Enterprise Account Management
Flock Freight is a technology company creating a sustainable supply chain. Looking for an experienced Manager of Enterprise Account Management to lead a team in driving growth and customer satisfaction.
Skills
- 5+ years managing enterprise logos in a 3PL brokerage environment
- Leadership experience managing customer-facing teams within freight brokerage
- Knowledge of customer supply chains and discovery
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Servant leadership-based management
- Flexibility to work after hours, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to travel quarterly for customer visits
Responsibilities
- Mentor and lead a team of Enterprise Account Managers
- Drive growth of volume, revenue, and gross profit across the portfolio
- Ensure customer retention and continued growth
- Make data-driven decisions to minimize churn and expand wallet share
- Collaborate with sales team to develop new business and customer relationships
- Utilize data platforms for data analysis and performance tracking
