Manager, Enterprise Account Management

Flock Freight is a technology company creating a sustainable supply chain. Looking for an experienced Manager of Enterprise Account Management to lead a team in driving growth and customer satisfaction.

Skills

  • 5+ years managing enterprise logos in a 3PL brokerage environment
  • Leadership experience managing customer-facing teams within freight brokerage
  • Knowledge of customer supply chains and discovery
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Servant leadership-based management
  • Flexibility to work after hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to travel quarterly for customer visits

Responsibilities

  • Mentor and lead a team of Enterprise Account Managers
  • Drive growth of volume, revenue, and gross profit across the portfolio
  • Ensure customer retention and continued growth
  • Make data-driven decisions to minimize churn and expand wallet share
  • Collaborate with sales team to develop new business and customer relationships
  • Utilize data platforms for data analysis and performance tracking
