In this role, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining product graphics, owner's manuals, assembly instructions and other technical artwork for our products. Additionally, you will create compelling marketing materials to support our consumer brands.Key Responsibilities:Create and maintain high-quality owner's manuals, assembly instructions, and technical artwork for BowFlex, Schwinn Fitness, Horizon, and other Johnson Health Tech brands.Design and develop engaging marketing materials, on-product artwork and point of sale graphics.Collaborate with the design team, product managers, engineers, and marketing to ensure all design work meets brand standards and project requirements.Ensure consistency and accuracy in all design deliverables.Maintain excellent file organization and management, ensuring all assets are easily accessible and properly archived.Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our design processes.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in the consumer goods industry.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory and printing processes.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Exceptional file organization skills, with the ability to manage large volumes of design assets efficiently.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively present design concepts.Why Join Us:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work with leading brands in the fitness industry.Collaborative and innovative work environment.Room for professional growth and development.How to Apply:If you are a creative and detail-oriented designer, we would love to hear from you.
