EDGLRD is seeking a Senior Product UX Designer to join our team. As a Senior Product UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in guiding the design process, from research and concept development to execution and evaluation. Your expertise will ensure that our products are not only visually appealing but also intuitive and accessible to our users.

Key responsibilities

Understand and analyze user needs to translate them into intuitive and compelling product experiences
Lead the UX design process for various products, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience
Develop wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with user needs and business goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all product designs
Guide and mentor junior UX designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions
Stay abreast of the latest UX trends, tools, and technologies

Required skills

Proficiency in creating interactive prototypes in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
Familiarity with Desktop and or SPA Web Applications
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to think critically and solve complex design challenges
Knowledge of usability principles and techniques

Bonus

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development principles
Familiarity with optimizing the UI for various devices
Familiarity with game engines such as Unity and/or Unreal

Experience and qualifications

Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX design and a user-centered design approach
A minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design, with a proven track record in creating successful user experiences
Experience leading design projects and teams
Background in conducting user research and testing
