Apartment Leasing Consultant

Are you strong in customer service and have a passion for helping people? AMLI Littleton Village is looking for candidates with strong sales skills and exceptional customer service abilities. As the Apartment Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals, in addition to building a trusted customer service-focused relationship with our residents.Our Leasing Consultants interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve the property's maximum occupancy. Duties for this role include generating and handling traffic, qualifying prospects, leasing apartments, and preparing lease documentation.
