Pacific Fund Systems develop & market a suite of products including PAXUS, PAXUS-CONNECT and DataFeed, which provide complete fund accounting, share registration and fund administration functionality, integration with external fund pricing systems and a client web portal solution, along with our optional web hosting solution PAXUS-CLOUD. We are seeking a candidate to fulfil the role of assisting the Head of Sales and Marketing with all aspects of the group strategic marketing and business development activities. Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, the key role objectives include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Creation and distribution of PR, newsletters, videos and brochureware.
- Source target opportunities and assist with event planning.
- Management of marketing communications.
- Management and maintenance of PAXUS’ digital footprint, including website updates and design, SEO, social media output.
- Assistance with design, build and maintenance of PAXUS' interactive client portal (forum/training videos etc).
- Offline and web-based industry research to support the overall marketing strategy.
This is a predominantly marketing-oriented role with a focus on internal clients, so the ability to work effectively as part of a geographically dispersed team is essential; however, some external client facing work may also be required. There are currently 130+ live sites with approx. 6,500 users and over US$1.5Trn in fund assets being administered on PAXUS in over 30 countries.
Qualifications & Experience Required
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and will ideally hold (or be working towards) a relevant Marketing and/or graphic design and/or video creator qualification. Experience in a similar role is preferred, however newly qualified graduates will be considered.
Desirable skills include:
- Proficient working knowledge of publishing and editing software i.e. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva etc.
- Understanding of digital marketing/ SEO tools and concepts.
- Ability to work without close supervision in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs.
- Ability to communicate and work effectively within a multi-region team.
- Keen interest in marketing and digital design with a desire to learn.
Ideally, candidates will have 1-2 years prior experience in a similar role, experience within a fund accounting, securities, investment’s role would benefit - however full training will be given to the successful candidate.
Job Location
The job is located in the Isle of Man office, which currently operates a hybrid working model (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday in the office and Wednesday & Friday working from home (WFH is optional).
