Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate responses.

  • Provide information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address inquiries and improve service delivery.

  • Stay updated on company services, processes, and industry trends to assist customers effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A strong desire to help and support customers, with a passion for providing excellent service.
  • Ability to stay calm and professional in challenging situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be based in the USA with a reliable internet connection for remote work.
