CSR Bilingual Spanish and English

This position requires strong listening skills, the ability to understand the reasons for customer calls, and providing an exceptional experience while directing and transferring them to the appropriate area.Schedule: 8:00 am-8:00 pm ESTKey Responsibilities:Handle inbound calls and assist with outbound campaign initiatives, including appointment setting and follow-up calls.Support sales agents by triaging inbound sales calls, ensuring proper call routing, capturing lead information in the CRM, and delivering a positive customer experience.Follow all compliance guidelines, including proper use of scripts, authentication, PHI, and DNC business processes.Deliver a sustained, personalized outreach approach to quickly develop rapport and trust with members through outbound campaigns.Assist with scheduling and follow-up of appointments.Demonstrate professionalism through clear, effective, and actionable communication (verbal, written, and listening skills).Apply patience and empathy, adjusting your communication style to match that of the customer.Maintain a high commitment to accuracy, quality work, and attention to detail.Be a self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask and a drive to exceed individual and team goals.Learn and adapt to changing environments, applications, and software.Additional Required Qualifications:Ability to handle a high volume of calls daily, utilizing exceptional call skills with an emphasis on professionalism and first call resolution.Experience using computers, navigating among multiple systems and screens frequently, with proficient keyboarding and data entry skills.Experience listening and relating key information based on customer needs and our outbound campaign to apply appropriate responses and actions.Effective communication skills in both telephone and email environments.Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends.EEO/AA Employer/Vet/DisabledThe Know Your Rights poster is available here:https://www.eeoc.gov/sites/default/files/2023-06/22-088_EEOC_KnowYourRights6.12.pdfThe pay transparency policy is available here:https://www.dol.gov/sites/dolgov/files/ofccp/pdf/pay-transp_%20English_formattedESQA508c.pdfFor temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, the Company is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.We are committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities.
