Returns & Quality Control Associate

A detail-oriented role that involves inspecting returned products, categorizing return reasons, and issuing credits when appropriate, this position is for you. As a Returns & Quality Control Associate, you'll be responsible for processing service orders, managing custom clip-on production, and handling national account orders, including assembly for lens mounting on patient frames. You'll also process returns from Account Executives as consignment returns, ensuring all procedures align with established quality standards.
