Compensation Range: $60,000-$65,000

Reporting to our IS Applications Manager, this key role works closely with the local/global community of users to ensure our solutions are performing as intended, as well as deploy improvements as required. The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting multiple applications, with international exposure, and expertise in SQL and scripting languages. With a Functional / Technical background, this position will need to navigate across multiple solutions, platforms, and business areas.

Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Work closely with the IS Applications Manager to champion continuous improvement initiatives within the existing and future landscape (ERP, POS, Ecommerce, Reporting tools).
Monitor interfaces and applications to ensure maximum availability.
Provide L2/3 expert support to users on existing and future applications.
Engage with all business areas (Logistics, Retail, Ecom, and Finance) to ensure proper gathering of 'change requests'.
Ensure solution adoption, and benefit realization.
Maintain and enrich applications documentation
Provide a robust reporting framework for all teams (simplifying data sources and leveraging existing reporting tools).

Principal Skills, Knowledge & Abilities Required

Required Skills/Knowledge:

Computer Science degree, with a focus on application development.
Advance knowledge of SQL / Oracle / MySQL, DOS commands and EDI standards.
Work knowledge in Microsoft Office Pack
Detailed oriented and strong Analytical and Problem Solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate tasks across multiple departments and locations.
Experience in retail applications (ERP – POS - WMS) as well as integration among multiple systems. (Storeland – Winstore desirable).
Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple goals and responsibilities while adhering to strict deadlines.
Reliable self-starter with the ability to work independently.
Ability to work in fast paced, dynamic environment, working independently as well as a member of a team.
French language skills would be a big plus
