Full-time storytellers and product-sellers – committed creators and curators. Our Marketing team specializes in everything from building the adjoe brand to showcasing the success of its niche tech products. We are on a mission to build adjoe’s brand and partnerships across the industry.


We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager with strong skills in graphic design, social media, and content creation to join our team. Reporting to the Growth Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for enhancing adjoe’s industry and employer visibility by creating and managing engaging content for social media, the website, and sales collateral. You will also collaborate with the Employer Branding Specialist to promote our brand and culture.


What You Will Do
  • Content Creation: Develop and design visually appealing content (including copy, graphics, and video) for social media, the website, newsletters, and sales collateral.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s social media presence by increasing followers, engagement, and impressions across platforms.
  • Website Optimization: Design and implement strategies to increase website traffic and optimize content for engagement.
  • Lead Generation: Drive inbound lead generation through compelling marketing campaigns and targeted content strategies.
  • Campaign Development: Research, plan, and execute marketing campaigns that align with strategic objectives. Create and edit content to support these initiatives.
  • Performance Reporting: Analyze and report on all marketing efforts to measure success and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitors to refine marketing strategies.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work alongside our Employer Branding Specialist to enhance our employer brand. Support activities such as internal events, recruitment marketing, and other employer branding initiatives to foster a strong company culture and attract top talent.
  • Brand Storytelling: Develop stories and content that reflect our culture and values for use on our website, social channels, and in recruitment processes.
  • Sales Collateral Creation: Work closely with Product Marketing Managers to create various sales collateral, such as presentations, one-pagers, and pitch decks, to support sales efforts


Who You Are
  • 3+ years in marketing management focused on graphic design, social media, and content creation
  • Proven success in brand growth and lead generation through innovative marketing strategies
  • Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and video editing tools
  • Proficiency in photography and videography
  • In-depth knowledge of social platforms, viral campaigns, trends, and social insights
  • Strong analytical abilities for data-driven decision-making and growth initiatives
  • Experienced in product marketing, translating features into compelling messages
  • Capable of executing branding and marketing campaigns across channels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring brand consistency
  • Highly organized, able to manage projects with cross-departmental collaboration
  • Supports event and sales teams in executing event strategies
