The individual in this role will have the opportunity to support the team in multiple areas of employment marketing including social media and career site management.Some of the responsibilities will include:• Writing, developing and scheduling social media posts and updating internal content library.• Creating blogs for publishing to career site (interviewing employees, drafting blog and posting).• Other duties and/or administrative tasks as assigned.What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?• 3-5 years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related field.• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications or Writing or minimum of 2 years of related communications experience.• Intermediate writing and editing skills.• Intermediate knowledge of social media and marketing trends.• Intermediate understanding of appropriate methods and techniques for communicating with multiple audiences.• Intermediate interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.• Intermediate project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, within tight time frames.• Intermediate problem-solving skills.• Ability to work effectively both individually and as a member of a team (on team assignments).• Developing enterprise perspective and understanding of how initiatives fit into the organization.#J-18808-Ljbffr
