Our client is seeking a talented, highly organized, and proactive UX/UI Designer with experience working on multiple projects in an agency environment. The ideal candidate will lead the design phase of assigned projects, collaborating with our strategists from the wireframe phase until the design handoff, ensuring pixel-perfect results during development.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:• Successful Project Launches: Contribute to the successful launch of projects by delivering high-quality designs on time and ensuring they meet both user needs and business goals.• Enhance User Experience: Create intuitive, user-friendly designs that improve user satisfaction and engagement across all digital platforms.• Increase Conversion Rates: Design interfaces that not only attract but also retain users, leading to increased conversion rates and overall user retention.• Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration of UX/UI elements in the product development process. Our team loves working with you and can’t say enough good things about you!• Design Leadership: Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring high-quality and innovative design solutions.• Create impactful UX and visual design deliverables, such as wireframes, UI visual designs, lead-generation-focused websites, and B2B e-commerce websites.• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with project managers, strategists, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business objectives.• Effectively communicate and present designs to clients, clearly explain UX/UI decisions, and gather feedback in close collaboration with our team.• Provide accurate estimates of the effort required to create deliverables.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:• 3-5 years of experience in designing websites across multiple devices, with a strong emphasis on layout, typography, color, media, and accessibility.• B2B design experience.• Attention to detail in your work.• Have a basic understanding of HTML and CSS, although coding skills are not required. This knowledge will help you better understand how web pages are coded and facilitate effective collaboration with our development team.• Organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks on different projects.• Showcase a strong portfolio highlighting your UX/UI design skills and creative thinking.• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator).• Extensive experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.YOU WILL STAND APART IF YOU HAVE...• Experience at a marketing or web development agency• Experience working in the Life Science industry• CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) experience• Familiar with WordPress page builders (Gutenberg, Oxygen)• Lottie - Animation experienceThe target hiring compensation range for this role is $43.96/hour - $49.45/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
