Job Description:

As the Director of Sales & Agent Development at Aqyr, Inc., you will play a critical role in shaping the success of our agents and driving the overall sales strategy of the brokerage. You will be responsible for recruiting, leading sales initiatives, developing and implementing training programs, and providing ongoing support to ensure our agents achieve their full potential. This position requires a dynamic leader with a passion for real estate, a commitment to diversity and inclusion, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Leadership:

   - Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.

   - Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

   - Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets, fostering a high-performance culture.

2. Agent Development:

   - Design and implement training programs for new and experienced agents, focusing on skill development, market knowledge, and best practices.

   - Organize workshops, seminars, and continuing education opportunities to ensure agents stay current with industry trends and regulations.

3. Recruitment and Retention:

   - Develop and implement retention strategies to create a supportive and engaging work environment.

   - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster growth and development.

4. Marketing and Branding:

   - Assist agents in building their personal brands and leveraging social media and other marketing channels.

   - Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing materials.

5. Client Relationships:

   - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

   - Address and resolve client concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.
