The primary focus of this position is to support the human resource information systems (HRIS) being utilized within the organization. As part of the team, you will provide support in accordance with established Human Resources and Information Technology procedures, policies, and best practices. We hire the best and the brightest from across the country constructing a team of experts in architecture, design, engineering, project management, and business services.A DAY IN THE LIFE:Perform troubleshooting, user setup and minor enhancements on HR applications ranging from out of the box to custom developed in an evolving and growing environment.Complete configuration and customization activities to meet business requirements, including basic maintenance of imports and integrations between productsIdentify root cause for commonly occurring issues and recommend permanent solutionsIdentify break/fix incidents versus enhancement requests, work well with other cross functional teams to resolve any break/fix incidentsBe able to communicate effectively with a wide range of end users/business usersNECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:2-4 years overall experience working in a HRIS function.Ability to quickly grasp applications purpose and understanding of processesSelf-motivated individual who can find innovative ways to solve recurring problemsStrong troubleshooting, analytical, reasoning and research abilitiesExceptional communication skills both written and verbalStrong interpersonal skills and rock star level customer serviceThrive in a fast-paced and agile work environmentExposure to Human Resource applications a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
