Job Title: Prin Financial AnalystJob ID:13205Location:8200 Coral Sea Street NE Mounds View Minnesota 55112Duration: 08 Months ContractJob DescriptionAmericas Finance Centers of Expertise – US Financial Planning & AnalysisThis position will provide financial planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis of direct distribution expenses for the Neuroscience Operating Units US Sales Organizations. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the Operating Units including Sales Finance, National Sales Leadership and Operating Unit CFOs. As part of your role, you will work on projects to develop standard, harmonized and sustainable activities to be performed across all Operating Units, while becoming a functional expert with the ability to work across multiple Operating Units.A Day in the LifePerform Financial Planning & Analysis activities for direct distribution expenses supporting our US Sales Organizations.Prepare and present monthly analysis, commentary, and forecasting, including key drivers, performance metrics and risk and opportunities for Sales Leadership, Finance Leadership and Operating Unit partners.Develop and maintain standardized reporting and analytics that can be leveraged across all Operating Units.Partner with Operating Unit finance to develop the annual operating plan (AOP) and re-occurring forecasting.Provide key variables and analysis to identify actions to close expense gaps to target.Compensation planning with Total Rewards: identification of improvement, cost impact, comp design meetings, approval, and implementation/communicationManage all aspects of our US sales cost centers, including annual plan, forecasting, reporting and maintaining our cost center structure.Collaborate with Sales Systems team to optimize system tools and reporting.Leverage insights to make continuous improvementsMaintain strong relationships with key functions including Total Rewards, Sales Compensation, Freight, Operating Unit Finance, US Markets & America’s FinanceAll other duties as assigned.Must Have: Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting or an Advanced Degree with 5+ years of work experienceNice To HaveFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) work experience, including sales expense analyticsStrong analytical skills, including the ability to identify key trends and drivers.Ability to effectively and efficiently utilize systems/data to provide insightful analysis and implement recommendations.Strong business acumen: ability to learn/understand the business and influence key stakeholders at various management levels to drive and increase value to the organization.High level of initiative and self-motivation.Ability to work independently with limited manager oversightExcellent written/oral communication and presentation skills, including the ability to translate financial data into concise information for managementExperience with projects that require high matrix collaboration, building relationships and influence.Experience with Client financial systems: SAP, Essbase/Hyperion & Business Objects.Experience with Client Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.MBA/CPAAbout ClientTogether, we can change healthcare worldwide.
