About the Role
We’re searching for a tech-savvy, process-driven specialist to help us integrate and automate various systems, reducing manual work and improving operational efficiency. You will be responsible for building, managing, and troubleshooting automation workflows that connect CRMs, databases, communication tools, and other business software.
Your work will directly impact Arya’s ability to scale efficiently, improve client experience, and enhance internal operations.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Automate & optimize workflows using tools like Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), Pipedream, or similar platforms.
✅ Set up API integrations between different software platforms and business applications.
✅ Analyze current workflows and identify areas for improvement through automation.
✅ Troubleshoot & maintain integrations to ensure smooth operations.
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions that improve efficiency.
✅ Document processes & automation workflows to ensure scalability and ease of use.
✅ Stay updated on automation trends & new technologies to keep our processes cutting-edge.
✔ Automation Expert – You have experience working with Zapier, Make, n8n, Pipedream, HubSpot Workflows, Power Automate, or similar automation platforms.
✔ Tech-Savvy & Analytical – You can map out processes, identify inefficiencies, and build automation workflows that improve business operations.
✔ API & Data Flow Knowledge – You’re comfortable integrating third-party applications, setting up API calls, and managing webhooks.
✔ Problem-Solver – You’re resourceful, able to debug errors and troubleshoot workflow issues without supervision.
✔ Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented – You document everything, ensuring clear automation structures and troubleshooting guides.
✔ Business Process Mindset – You understand how automation impacts efficiency, sales, marketing, and operations.
Preferred Skills & Experience
🔹 1+ years of experience in automation and integrations.
🔹 Experience with API management, webhooks, and data transfers between systems.
🔹 Working knowledge of CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, ClickUp, Airtable, Notion, etc.)
🔹 Proficiency in Google Sheets scripting, Airtable formulas, or SQL is a plus.
🔹 Familiarity with Python or JavaScript for custom automation scripting is a bonus.
🔹 Experience with chatbots, AI tools, or workflow automation in customer support is a plus.
