Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, 2 years editing experience, 1+ years as a Test Developer, strong communication skills, and practiced leadership abilities.
Location: This position will work a hybrid schedule from our Leawood, KS office, with remote candidates considered.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $80,000 - $110,000.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Test Development Manager, you will process and quality control excellence in the development of Ascend Learning assessments. You should possess all the skills necessary to perform any of the duties of any member of the Test Development team. These include test creation, system management, coordination across departments, and incident resolution. You will also be accountable for hiring, team performance, product quality, customer service, team training, workflow management, project prioritization, deadlines, project assignment, and oversight of day-to-day activities.
