HR Operations Lead

Responsibilities

Oversee HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and data management
Manage HRIS and other HR technology platforms
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
Support recruitment efforts and oversee onboarding process
Coordinate HR training programs and talent development initiatives
