Support employee relations across multiple countries
Ensure fairness and equity in the workplace
Resolve conflicts and complaints within the workplace
Conduct investigations on complex cases
Collaborate with Legal and HR teams on employee relations
Provide guidance to the People team on employee matters
Develop and oversee employee training programs

Education

Relevant training and/or certifications in Employee Relations Specialist role
