You’ll be joining a special group of people who learned the ropes at companies like Stripe, Google, Atlassian, Twitter, Airbnb, Looker, NEA, Bain, and more.Join our small but impactful recruiting team as one of the first recruiting hires at Assembled! We are looking for someone to take the lead in coordinating our recruiting efforts. In this role, you will manage and organize our recruiting process end-to-end, ensuring that every aspect runs smoothly and efficiently.As a critical member of Assembled’s recruiting team, you will play a key role in supporting our growth by ensuring seamless recruitment operations, building strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.This role is ideal for someone at the early stages of their career in recruiting, particularly those with a passion for coordination and operations.Responsibilities• Schedule and coordinate interviews: Manage and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth scheduling process that meets the needs of all parties involved.• Manage job postings: Oversee and track job postings across various job boards and the company website, ensuring that all roles are advertised effectively.• Ensure a positive candidate experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing them with clear information, answering their questions, and ensuring they have a positive and professional experience with Assembled.• Maintain and improve ATS: Manage and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and that the recruitment pipeline is managed effectively.• Coordinate candidate logistics: Arrange candidate travel, reimbursements, and other logistics as needed to facilitate the interview process.• Facilitate communication: Act as a liaison between candidates and the hiring team, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.• Optimize recruitment processes: Identify opportunities for improving recruitment processes and enhancing the candidate experience.About You• You've put in the work: You have 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on coordination in a start-up or fast-paced environment.• You’re an organization enthusiast: You are process-driven, systematic, and have strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.• You don’t give up: You have the grit, determination, and tenacity needed to push through roadblocks within highly unstructured environments.• You genuinely enjoy working with people: You’re comfortable and get energized by interactions with others and have a strong interest in building relationships.• You are committed to personal growth and development: You enjoy engaging in activities that promote learning new skills and knowledge and are proactively seeking feedback and guidance from others.• You're a pleasure to work with: You have high EQ, and are a team player who is highly collaborative.Bonus Points• Familiarity with Greenhouse and Notion.• You’re comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.Our U.S. benefits• Generous medical, dental, and vision benefits• Paid company holidays, sick time, and unlimited time off• Monthly credits to spend on each: professional development, general wellness, Assembled customers, commuting and community-support agriculture (CSA)• Paid parental leave• Hybrid work model with catered lunches everyday (M-F), snacks, and beverages in our SF & NY offices• 401(k) plan enrollment
