The Role:
Asset Management Coordinators will work as a member of a billing team providing billing services to designated office(s) of Andersen. They must be organized, detail-oriented, analytical and able to leverage technology to provide high quality service to meet local office objectives.
Responsibilities:

Prepare, finalize, and distribute monthly invoices per firm billing policies, guidelines, and standard processes

Prepare draft invoices, review and revise narratives per firm standards, execute time/cost transfers, write-offs and other value adjustments; finalize invoices and ensure that invoices are delivered for payment (via e-mail or other methods as applicable); execute all billing tasks per established standard processes

Track outstanding and aged receivables and assist with follow-up as necessary

Generate ad hoc reports efficiently, leveraging SAP solutions

Train new team members on time entry and proactively follow-up on missing time

Collaborate effectively with colleagues and cross-service line teams, including National Finance, Client Account and Office Administration
The Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

Professional services experience strongly preferred

Keen attention to details and effective organizational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Have the confidence to escalate and ask questions, especially when being asked to deviate from standard processes

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines

Ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment and successfully adapt to changing priorities and work demands, including learning new skills when required

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction, follow up on own initiative

Flexibility to work overtime and a reasonable shifting schedule as may be required
