Job Description:
At Regions, the Asset Management Operations Analyst supports various Asset Management operational processes and strategic initiatives. The Asset Management Operations Analyst performs and coordinates activities including investment classification, economic and market charting and presentation, risk and sales reporting, marketing, performance measurement and sales & service support. Additionally, this position may serve as a subject matter expert for one or more asset management topics for the broader Wealth Management group.

Primary Responsibilities
Prepares economic, market, product and investment strategy marketing presentations, white papers, factsheets, and flyers including content development, data updates & design
Provides operational support to senior management, portfolio managers, and analysts by responding to questions, concerns and feedback
Serves as liaison to include all the following but not limited to: Private Wealth Management and Institutional Services associates, corporate marketing and media teams, risk control, and other support teams
Creates custom client presentations which include analysis of performance and or market data
Analyzes and develops Monte Carlo analysis, portfolio deconstructions, growth projection analysis, spending policy analysis, and adhoc client requests
Develops and manages content for Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
May support various content management systems (SharePoint, Life@regions, Regions.com) user set up and entitlements
May mentor/train other associates (teammates or partners) to help develop skills
Advanced knowledge of asset management systems or topics, including investment proposals, investment classification, management reporting, risk reporting, performance measurement, etc.

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree

Preferences
Past relevant experience preferred (i.e. summer internship)

Skills and Competencies
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and operate effective and efficiently under strenuous deadlines
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Team player with proven ability to work independently
Demonstrated success in following documented desk procedures and enhancing procedures as appropriate
Intermediate Excel skills
Proactive in learning new systems and taking initiative to go above and beyond what is being asked

This remote position may be filled within Regions Bank’s fifteen (15) state footprint.

This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.

Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the national range and level of the position.

Job Range Target:
Minimum: $42,627.50 USD
Median: $66,010.00 USD
Incentive Pay Plans: This job is not incentive eligible.
