To learn more, visit www.associaonline.com.Job DescriptionFull time Front Desk Administrative Receptionist role at the Regency at Dominion Valleyin Haymarket, VA.Work hours: 8:30am - 5pm, M-F.Daily tasks:• Clubhouse Front Desk Administrative Receptionist.• Meet and greet homeowners, residents, guests, vendors and contractors.• Manage a multi-line phone system.• Research and respond to inquiries.• Issue and update Member Access Cards.• Provide administrative support to the Board of Directors, Committee Members, department staff, and management.• Schedule and set up meeting room to include virtual access and audio visual.• Assemble Board packets and New Homeowner Packets.• Assist in facilitating New Homeowner Orientation.• Oversee (3) Recreation Attendants. Assist in scheduling.• Manage check-in log book for use of faculties and amenities.• Manage office supplies.
