Accountant (Entry Level)

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from an accredited college or university.
• 0-2 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of GAAP.
• Must have knowledge of financial and accounting software applications.
• Must have the Intermediate Excel skills
• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced office environment.
• Must have excellent customer service skills both verbal and written.
• Must be able to work with all levels within an organization.
• Must be a self-starter, analytical, detail oriented, organized and able to meet deadlines.
• Must be able to work independently and within a team.

Duties

• Prepares journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial schedules for month-end close.
• Prepares A/R invoices for real estate transactions and communicates with clients to collect any past due invoices.
• Assists with organizing and maintaining our corporate office leases.
• Assists the Director and other accounting team members with project work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
