Associate, Asset Transfer Services

The Operational Associates in ATS perform a variety of functions and services for our Schwab Advisor Services and Investor Services client groups. This includes but is not limited to processing transfer paperwork, reviewing assets for acceptability to transfer, communicating directly with clients, business partners, and other financial institutions to provide excellent customer service on both inbound and outbound calls and written communication, while building positive relationships with internal and external clients. You will be working in a collaborative and cooperative environment with others on the team and will demonstrate flexibility when critical needs arise or during high-volume processing spikes. If you are an unlicensed candidate and desire to grow your career in the financial services industry, you will have the ability to participate in a self-study program to obtain your securities licenses, if you desire. In this role, you will have the flexibility to work in a hybrid environment.
