Associate, Client Success

About the role:

In this role you will support the Client Success team in delivering a best-in-class experience for our advertising partners through superior organization and attention to detail. Primary responsibilities include a variety of pre and post-sale client activities such as proposal preparation, media planning, creative development, asset collection, reporting, and more.

Ideal candidates will possess a growth mindset with a drive to learn, embody an entrepreneurial spirit, have a passion for the Axios mission, and demonstrate the following attributes.

About you:

• Proficiency in Google Office Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs).
• Prior professional experience in client support, account management, customer support, media planning, digital marketing, ad operations or business development is a plus.
