We're looking for an ACD writer who can deliver big ideas, drive business impact and define the brand tone of voice.
You'll partner with an ACD, Art to develop campaigns/programs that land a strategy, compel people into action, and change the way they feel about realtor.com® | Homes for Sale, Apartments & Houses for Rent . Together you'll lead by example and take big creative swings, creating a culture of possible for the creative team.
For internal programs, you'll partner with designers, strategists and marketing managers to develop brand experiences across digital, video and experiential—optimizing for novelty and innovation. You will own the Copy writing function, as well as lead a team of internal copy writers.
As someone with a writing background, you have a natural ability to tell stories and solve complex communication problems—simply. You have a playful command of language that delivers more than messages—it can move people into tears—and tears of joy—through powerful ideas.
You're an optimist who can manage and mentor more junior writers and foster relationships with all internal stakeholders—turning teams into fierce allies for the work.

The quoted salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect in the listed locations. We tailor our offers based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, location and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process. All ranges are location based, ranges for positions in other locations may vary based on the local market.
Salary Range for select office locations
Santa Clara $136,750 to $170,750
Pay-for-performance is a key element in our strategy to attract, engage, and motivate talented people to do their best work. Accordingly, offers extended for this role will include an annual bonus target typically expressed as percentage of salary. Similarly to salary, annual incentive bonus targets are set based on a variety of factors including job level, competitive market practice, experience, tenure, and essential skills.
