About the Role
You will be responsible for driving revenue, POS, use, and preference within assigned accounts and/or territory. The Associate Customer Success Manager achieves this by understanding customer needs, generating leads, and addressing enterprise-wide issues.
Responsibilities
  • Providing consultative services to customers to ensure maximized use and understanding of LexisNexis products, content and tools
  • Collaborating with sales reps on preference driving strategy and account plans
  • Identifying and sharing leads and opportunities with sales partners and/or Product Specialists
  • Conducting virtual presentations and training to customer user groups to help promote LexisNexis product in the marketplace
  • Collecting feature and function requirements from customers and communicate to appropriate product team members
  • Utilizing all required processes, tools and systems
Requirements
  • Have a BS/BA or equivalent experience
  • Have excellent proven sales or training experience
  • Have solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience performing simple and complex research assignments
  • Be able to effectively partner and collaborate across teams
  • Have impressive organizational and problem solving skills
  • Be able to build influential relationships internally and externally
