About the Role

You will be responsible for driving revenue, POS, use, and preference within assigned accounts and/or territory. The Associate Customer Success Manager achieves this by understanding customer needs, generating leads, and addressing enterprise-wide issues.

Responsibilities

Providing consultative services to customers to ensure maximized use and understanding of LexisNexis products, content and tools
Collaborating with sales reps on preference driving strategy and account plans
Identifying and sharing leads and opportunities with sales partners and/or Product Specialists
Conducting virtual presentations and training to customer user groups to help promote LexisNexis product in the marketplace
Collecting feature and function requirements from customers and communicate to appropriate product team members
Utilizing all required processes, tools and systems

Requirements

Have a BS/BA or equivalent experience
Have excellent proven sales or training experience
Have solid verbal and written communication skills
Experience performing simple and complex research assignments
Be able to effectively partner and collaborate across teams
Have impressive organizational and problem solving skills
Be able to build influential relationships internally and externally
