The Role
  • Execute Employee compensation based on global compensation and business strategy and facilitate the global compensation programs roll-out across USA.
  • Be a trusted partner and consult with HR Partners and senior business managers on pay decisions and related challenges and provide strategic and operational guidance and direction.
  • Serve as an advocate of the Total Rewards philosophy. Own local Compensation programs to align with the corporate and market/country strategy.
  • Provide analytical insights to business and leadership related to compensation and assist them in decision making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as HR Tech, CIO, Finance, Payroll, Legal, ER/LR,. to drive the execution efficiency and ensure seamless employee/manager experience.
  • Ensure compliance of compensation policies with local regulatory requirements. Must be familiar with FLSA requirements across USA.
  • Study market trends; report findings and recommendations to team. Engage and lead participation in benchmarking surveys.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve, digitize & automate compensation processes.

Who You Are
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR Compensation with a thorough understanding of Employee Compensation.
  • Previous experience in a consultative compensation role with an analytical basis
  • Proficiency in communicating complicated concepts to a broad audience.
  • Familiar with Compensation Benchmarking Surveys and tools used
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g. ability to write complex dynamic formulas, charts, and dashboards)
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Ability to maintain discretion with extremely confidential information.
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships HR Partners and management.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and written communication skills
  • Ability to build a story with data to support business decisions and recommendations.
