Senior Living Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, United States (On-site)

The Associate Director of Nursing will report into the Nursing Director of this Senior Living Facility. Responsibility will focus on the delivery of geriatric resident care consistent with Federal/State regulations.

•Assists with the initial assessment on all residents to determine their level of care along with reviewing general service plans semi-annually or as- needed

•Assists with monitoring the condition of the residents as needed; performs medication reviews on each resident; monitors medication storage and usage.

•Develops and recommends standards of care, promulgates changes and monitors compliance.

•In conjunction with Director hires, trains & evaluates nursing staff.

•Manage the overall Nursing budget

•Manage Clinical programs and participates in quality assurance & performance improvement (QAPI) to include compliance reporting.

•Responsible for all resident issue identification, tracking & treatment. To include Physician referral.

•On-call responsibility on a rotating schedule

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Registered Nurse Degree

• Current PA Licensure as a registered nurse

• Assisted living, home care or long-term care experience required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
