Join us as our new Associate Marketing Manager! In this role you’ll make an impact by:

• Gaining a deep understanding of the global bioenergy industry and how Novozymes’ product portfolio performs in the market
• Analyzing pricing strategy and tracking key price metrics to continuously improve pricing operations
• Managing new pricing model implementation and providing recommendations on improvement opportunities
• Performing competitor analysis to gain insights into products, pricing, and tactics of key competitors
• Supporting product portfolio analysis and making recommendations on how to improve efficiency and profitability of the portfolio
• Driving market understanding and working across global marketing, regional marketing, and sales to improve go-to-market strategy and positioning of Novozymes’ solutions
• Supporting product marketing and new product launch efforts with market segmentation, product positioning and tracking of launch KPIs
• Communicating market analyses to the global Bioenergy team to up-level understanding of the industry and commercial opportunities
• Being a collaborative and enthusiastic team player

To succeed you must hold:

• BS/BA in marketing, analytics, business, or related field required; MBA preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, analytics, and/or sales; 2-3 years with MBA
• Excellent quantitative skills and demonstrated ability to transform data into insights
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Experience in pricing strategy preferred

Location:
This job will be located in Franklinton, NC (hybrid).

Expected salary range: $95,000 - $114,000
