Associate Methodologist

Conduct research that transforms how people work, manage and live their lives.

As an associate methodologist at Gallup, you will help organizations conduct quantitative and qualitative research to solve their most pressing problems. Associate methodologists support the development of web, phone and mail-based data collection instruments, conduct quality assurance and quality control checks, and test survey instruments. You will also examine data, explore the latest findings, and discover important patterns and themes in survey research data.

For more than 85 years, Gallup has set the gold standard for survey research methodology. And our global presence means we have more data and insights on the attitudes and behaviors of employees, customers, students and citizens than any other organization. If you’re passionate about developing studies that unlock the will of the world, join us, and put your greatest strengths to work.

Passionate learners who want to use their research talents to make a positive impact on the world and improve business performance

Creative survey designers whose innovative designs and survey recommendations keep our clients at the forefront of their industries

Engaging communicators who excel at translating complex research methods and analysis into meaningful stories that compel clients to take action

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred
  • Three years of paid professional experience required
  • Formal coursework in survey methodology required
  • Experience in qualitative research methods, quantitative research methods, survey design, survey implementation, and improving strategies to increase response rates required
  • Eligibility to work in the United States is required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship

What we offer:

We create exceptional workplaces, starting with our own. We focus on developing your strengths — what you do right, rather than what you do wrong — and helping you be engaged at work. When you work at Gallup, you’ll benefit from:

  • A strengths-based, engagement-focused and performance-oriented culture
