What We Are Looking For

Seeking the right Associate Product Manager who can speak collaboratively with other departments such as engineering, supply, manufacturing, dispatch, sales, and operational planning, as well as outside suppliers and give summary presentations. This person will be able to forecast, schedule, and plan across various projects simultaneously in an ever-changing environment. Able to demonstrate a history of strategy and timeliness through great times and tough times in product management life cycles. Be ready to write business cases for new product launches, travel to trade shows, suppliers, or meetings to build revenue and synergy opportunities.

What You Will Do

Forecasting, Pricing, Sales and Operations Planning, Inventory Management, and provide cost inputs into Manufacturing Strategy
Understand and articulate global product strategy, collaborate with marketing teams, and execute business plans to launch a range of products
Assist in addressing the customer's needs and inquiries
Support all stages of the product lifecycle
Provide application support for assigned products including technical collateral, product collateral, and sales tools training
Perform competitor analysis including product Value Proposition, Competitive Landscape, Market sizing and share, and Pricing

What You Will Bring

Required Experience: 2+ years product management experience with obvious experience in multiple projects of varying size, complexity, strategic thinking, and evidence of collaboration cross-functionally with external and internal stakeholders required for successful product management
Experience with Workday and Oracle a plus
Knowledge of ISO quality standards preferred
