The primary role of the Associate Manager, Purchasing is to support the Purchasing Department by generating and coordinating various tasks, KPI reports, and data analyses, etc., for the team members. This individual also works with the LVMH Coordination team for rebates, compliance, as well as social and environmental audits of LVMH suppliers.


What You’ll Do:

  • Work with Sr. Director of Purchasing to project and manage annual rebate budget, and to ensure 100% timely collection of rebates and proper reconciliation with Finance.
  • Responsible for the implementation and management of Exiger, a risk compliance and diligence tool.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to publish supplier scorecards including CSR performance and drive follow-up action plans.
  • Update and distribute purchasing KPI reports, i.e., Power BI spend report, Productivity Tracker.
  • Document the set-up vendor form when a new vendor is created in Axapta.
  • Place and receive purchase orders for tooling in Axapta and Medius.
  • Conduct ad-hoc data analyses to support team members.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Purchasing and/or Project Management
  • Proficient in excel and proven experience gathering statistical data and generating reports with thoughtful recommendations
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to contribute to wider corporate objectives, working with other senior managers
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to create high performing and dynamic formulas
  • Ability to create Power BI reports from scratch

Schedule:

  • Remote

The target salary range for this position is $62,000 - $83,000 annually. The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, years of relevant experience; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. This position is eligible to earn an annual bonus. This position is also eligible for the following benefits, including but not limited to: comprehensive health, dental and vision plans; a 401(k) plan with employer matching, various paid time off programs; employee discount/perks; life insurance; disability insurance; flexible spending accounts.
