The Project Manager will focus on Packaging & Product Design projects and will lead various projects for Global Creative, with a core focus on executing in-line packaging design projects. This role will interface with global team members and key stakeholders to establish each project’s approach and scope of work, develop and maintain effective work plans & resources while overseeing the team and vendors in delivering a quality solution, on time and on budget. Will lead product design and 3d creative projects involving various stakeholders across creative, marketing and product development departments.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop creative project plans and manage the work breakdown structure, tasks, timing and resources (in-house and vendors) to execute projects on time and on budget.
• Assist in the evaluation of vendor capabilities and references; serve as the point person for vendor RFP & contract review and negotiation. Set-up new vendors with legal and finance.
• Actively work to lead and support project teams by facilitating constant communication in weekly updates to keep the team focused on delivering results and aware of any shifting priorities or requirements.
• Proof and oversee product design materials for quality and brand resonance, including art proofing, product trays, comp meetings, color target tracking.
• Proof all files (digitally & printed) to ensure they are meeting desired specs and version control.
• Other 3d creative projects as assigned (ie GWPs, merch, environments)

Qualifications:

• 5+ years previous experience as a project manager in marketing or at a creative agency.
• Packaging Project Management experience.
• Strong understanding of the print production process.
• Well-organized with excellent attention to detail and quality. Must be proactive in retrieving and following up on all assets necessary to get job done on time and with quality.
• Must have experience with Project Management methodologies, workflows and tools, Wrike is desired.
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Self-directed and capable of working effectively in a fast paced environment while juggling multiple projects.

Schedule:

• Hybrid - requires onsite presence weekly

The target salary range for this position is $72,000 - $98,000. The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, years of relevant experience; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. This position is eligible to earn an annual bonus.
