“I can succeed as an Associate Relations Manager at Capital Group.”
As the Associate Relations Manager on the Respectful Environment Advocacy Centralized Team (REACT), you will play an integral role within the broader Capital Group organization to cultivate an inclusive, respectful, and professional environment. You’ll work directly with Capital’s Senior Manager of Associate Relations (AR) to drive excellence in practice and process, leverage your expertise in analytics to advance our associate relations philosophy while mitigating business risk, and curate training and resources. You will lead and mentor a team of associates and are passionate about supporting them in maximizing their contributions and challenging them with new experiences to help them grow professionally. An impartial and objective subject matter expert, you’ll partner with HR generalists, Capital’s Legal Department, and business leaders across Capital’s various lines of business to address intricate associate relations matters and lead internal claim investigations, ensuring consistent quality of results, strong documentation, timeliness of resolution, and an effective, supportive associate experience.
You will participate in the implementation of a new AR case-management system and assume overall responsibility for reporting and analyzing metrics and proposing recommendations for enhancements to our approach and prioritization of our efforts based on key insights. In collaboration with Talent Development, you’ll also help craft and manage associate relations resources for both Human Resources and business managers and work closely with the AR Senior Manager to design, facilitate, and coordinate training sessions and discussion forums. To thrive in this role, you’ve had responsibility for Associate Relations previously at a business partner or manager level and enjoy working in complex, fast-paced environments where the quality of both process and result are paramount. You’ve participated in and/or led high-performing teams and have the confidence and courage to manage through ambiguity, think strategically and situationally, and develop innovative solutions that challenge the status quo.
