Job Accountabilities

In this high-impact, field-based role, you’ll work with both existing and prospective auto dealerships to:

  • Build and strengthen relationships with dealers in your assigned territory through regular in-person visits and ongoing communication.

  • Drive loan volume and application quality by educating dealers on program benefits, coaching them on our lending process, and providing tailored advice.

  • Be the go-to problem solver, helping dealers navigate underwriting, documentation, compliance, and servicing questions with confidence.

  • Develop new business through proactive outreach, sales presentations, and strategic prospecting.

  • Stay ahead of the curve with market insights and competitor analysis, contributing ideas to improve our positioning and growth.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Required


Experience

  • 3-5 years Auto Lending, Consumer Lending Industry Sales Required
