Vice President of Sales - Employee Benefits

OverviewThe VP of Sales - Employee Benefits Division has a core requirement that includes: recruitment of producers, onboarding and training of producers, and holding producers accountable to their production goals. The VP of Sales is the day-to-day manager of all producers in their territory. These leaders are encouraged to maintain a reasonable book of business, but do not have annual new business requirements.
