Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by managing superior driver and customer relationships, as well as maximizing the benefits of all freight transactions for the company. The team you will be working with is hard-working, solutions-oriented, and values exceptional customer service.So, what will you be doing as a(n) Dispatcher?• Maintain an extensive line of communication with drivers and customers to complete deliveries in a timely manner• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with drivers and branch personnel• Schedule equipment maintenance• Route planning• Track and trace load movements• Maintain a friendly, efficient service to drivers, customers, and office personnelTo Be Successful In This Role, You’ll Need• High School Diploma or GED• 3 years of dispatch experience• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills• Ability to manage multiple demands while maintaining a high degree of accuracy• Knowledge and experience with DOT regulations and transportation industry• Availability to be on-call• Proficiency in McLeod, Qualcomm, and Microsoft Office is a plus• Ability to work within a team settingWhat To Do NextNow that you’ve had a chance to learn more about us, what are you waiting for!
