Job Title: HRIS AnalystJob Description:- Create/modify reports in ADPR, update/audit core tables and ensure data integrity through testing of system changes, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities;- Be fully cross-trained as Vantage Security Analysts to ensure coverage in all areas;- Create training guides, SOPs and process documentation;- Review integrations output from HCM and benefit vendors to ADP Vantage, to identify fallout/integration issues, make necessary updates and suggestions on integration improvements if needed;- Provide Tier 2 level support to end users of ticketing, acting as a liaison between end users and Third-party Support. Support provided will include but is not limited to; troubleshoot issues, problem solving, resolving, reporting and end user training;- Create vendor relationships to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions;- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity through testing of system changes and report writing;Qualifications:• 3+ years of HRIS experience• ADP Vantage experience highly preferred• 1+ years experience in HCM security• Microsoft Access experience confirmed• Strong Excel skills requiredAbout Aston Carter:Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
