Oversees all aspects of projects/programs, sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress. Prepares detailed Excel reports for upper management regarding project/program status. Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures is necessary. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, performing a variety of tasks, leading, and directing the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.Responsibilities• Coordinate and complete project/program initiatives• Oversee all aspects of projects/programs• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress• Prepare detailed Excel reports for upper management regarding status• Work with vendors and partners to integrate titles from Freevee to Prime Video• Use internal tools to investigate and check the status of TV shows and movies• Troubleshoot and resolve questions/issues with partners/internal stakeholders to get media live onto Prime Video• Track status of all items through Excel, Quip, Word, etc.• Communicate status to internal teams• Review content to ensure it meets quality standardsEssential Skills• At least 7 years of experience in project/program management or a related area• Bachelor's degree preferred• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel• Experience in SQL• Ability to make business recommendations and influence stakeholders• Excellent oral and written communication skills• Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to drive follow-through• Strong business acumen and judgment• Ability to deliver key insights based on data analyticsAdditional Skills & Qualifications• Customer service experience• Previous streaming experience preferred• Experience with AirTable preferred• Familiarity with following SOPsWork EnvironmentThe role requires working 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely based out of Doppler. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday.
