Location: Boston, MASalary: NegotiableDescription: Our client is currently seeking a Scrum Master at Boston, MA on hybrid basis.This Job Will Have The Following Responsibilities• Focus on increasing the skill and understanding of Agile practices and values by actively coaching team members on growth mindset and maturing current Agile adoption.• Champion continuous improvement activities to increase productivity; coach squads to conduct continuous improvement.• Anticipate and address impediments to team and help manage interdependencies between agile teams.• Regularly assess Agile maturity and actively coach to higher levels of growth, partnering with peers to help impact portfolio maturity.• Use data, observation and analytical skills to proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement in team health and delivery, develop proposed solutions, and share knowledge and best practices across teams.Qualifications & Requirements• Strong coaching skills to be able to guide teams with strong personalities.• Agile experience to help teams move forward, ability to be present, active listening, being caring, and forward thinking.• Agile Transformation experience and working with non-traditional teams.• Experience with Jira & Confluence preferred.Contact: sthapa@judge.comThis job and many more are available through The Judge Group.
