Sales Administrator

Job Title: Sales AdministratorFor immediate consideration, please email a copy of your most up to date resume along with your interview availability to sanmalik@actalentservices.Job DescriptionAs a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for performing order entry, taking in orders, confirming with customers, resolving errors and issues, notifying accounts receivable of review requirements, entering tracking and freight information, entering fees, and releasing orders. You will also enter and maintain customer information, process returns, provide copies to customers, maintain return files, investigate and resolve shortages and incorrect shipments, and coordinate and communicate with production on special jobs.
