Job Title: TA SpecialistJob DescriptionCCP was recently awarded the medicard managed care contract and will be ramping up their hiring to be able to support this project. They are looking for an experienced recruiter who has a proven track record filling open job requisitions. Healthcare recruiting experience is a plus. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs Determine selection criteria Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidatesHard Skills• Experience recruiting for 5+ years – understanding how to do Boolean searches and other recruiting techniques (not just recruiting in LinkedIn)• Experience recruiting on roles within the healthcare industry: doctors, nurses, insurance personnel, claims, credentialing, management roles (healthcare payer/provider roles)Soft Skills• Great attitude• Self-starter• Not a lot of supervision required• Initiative to help with tasks during downtime• Ability to work well independently from homeJob TypeThis is a contract position with a duration of 10 Month(s).Work SiteThis is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Sunrise, Florida and some days remote.Work EnvironmentDuring training, this candidate will be on-site 2 times a week for the first 4 weeks.
