About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies within Astrana Health and our provider networks. You will be responsible for driving new patient acquisition, ensuring brand consistency, and supporting growth initiatives across our regions. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing plans that align with our mission to improve patient outcomes and expand our reach.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and execute regional marketing activities within Astrana Health's provider networks.
• Develop, recommend, and implement marketing plans focused on new patient acquisition and brand positioning.
• Collaborate with the growth team to identify opportunities for expansion and the introduction of new programs.
• Present overall marketing strategies and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management, securing necessary approvals and support.
• Develop and track targeted campaigns across digital and traditional media to drive growth, retain patients, and increase volumes.
• Serve as a liaison with operational leaders to ensure alignment with marketing and growth goals.
• Oversee the development and execution of medical group-specific marketing plans, including performance tracking and reporting.
• Assist in establishing and expanding PCP and specialist networks within Astrana Health's IPA regions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of  5 years of experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role developing and delivering marketing programs.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:

• This is a remote position
• The total compensation target pay range for this role is: $88,000.00-$118,000.00.
