AT Manager - Non Woven Job

Mission Details

• Manage Applied Technology efforts for HP&C BU in India; Align technical resources with local and global business strategy, goals and objectives. This includes supporting customers’ needs as well as supporting New Product Development (NPD), Product Maintenance (PM) and Technical Assistance (TA) related work.

  Optimize systems and procedures to ensure all activities comply with EHS and Quality management system policies and requirements. Ensure 5S is maintained in our labs.

• Provide resources and lead the team to ensure technical support has been provided properly as needed to: operations, supply management, external customers, etc. Continuous improvement of the team’s capabilities with regards to expert technical support is a must. For example, must ensure the team is properly using VOC (voice of customer) skills.
• Workout and control budget to meet company objectives.
• Build a roadmap for needed application capabilities for the AT team
• Ensure strong globally communication of technical issues/results as appropriate. Encourage the team to network with other global technical teams.
• Support product development efforts through knowledge of market and customer needs/criteria. As needed, TS team members may be serving as NPD project leaders.

Required Profile

• Having Application technology exposure to HMPSA/ HMA
• Having working experience of product development in Hygiene (Diaper, Napkin) and Packaging Industries (End of Line Packaging)
• Working experience with Allied Industries like Coating Equipments, NW substrates etc.
• Candidates with – B.Tech/ M.Tech in Chemical and Polymer Technology with 10 years’ experience in the similar industries.
