Key Roles and Responsibilities: This is part of the AT&T Talent Acquisition/Employee Experience Organization. Responsible for attracting and recruiting college candidates to apply for positions at AT&T. Scope of work includes the planning and implementation of on campus, event, conferences, and related recruiting strategy initiatives to attract and recruit top talent to AT&T. This position is responsible for being the face of AT&T at various virtual events at campuses, creating sourcing pools of talent and utilizing internet boards, referral networks and industry specific user groups to identify candidates not typically found through the standard job posting procedures. Responsible for knowledge of internal and competitor compensation, benefits, and attrition within the talent space. Collaborates with internal teams to understand hiring needs across Talent Management programs, external professional hiring and expected future workforce requirements. Recognized as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) regarding recruiting and staffing policies, practices, trends and technology and determines approach to apply comprehensive knowledge to drive to issue resolution. Regularly meets with student/campus organizations, partner agencies related to events, conferences, etc., other campus recruiters to partner on recruiting strategies, and with business units to determine talent needed. Ensures that recruiting and hiring activities are in compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures. Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends best- practices. Takes a broad perspective to identify innovative and advanced solutions. May lead functional teams or projects. May provide training or mentoring to less experienced staff, and may provide feedback for the evaluation of new staff. Education: Bachelors of Arts degree or Bachelors of Science degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred. Experience: External management level Talent Acquisition experience Technical, Engineering and/or Sales recruiting experience Strong, solid production history demonstrated through quantity of hires Excellent Account Management including strong oral and written communication Ready to join the #LifeAtATT?
